All orders are shipped expressly by Fedex DHL express in Europe and UPS in the United States.

Delivery to:

EU countries - Express Delivery, 3-7 days (customers need to pay for the tax duty);
United States - FedEx Delivery 3-5 days.
Other countries - delivery time depends on distance.(some countries need additional charges )

We always pack your lights in way that they are protected against damage and it rarely happens that they arrive damaged or non-functional

We always put your lights into two discreet brown cardboard boxes


CUSTOMS DUTY

There are NO additional fees for customers from US, you pay the end price (except non-US countries).


CUSTOMERS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE US

If you buy BESTVA Grow lights, we charge you 1/5 of their real price, so the customs duties represent a couple of euro/dollars or tens of euro/dollars.
